Many educational experts and concerned citizens have expressed their opinions, and have spent time and money in order to create quality public schools. Laws such as the No Child Left Behind Act require a highly qualified teacher in every classroom. After 31 years of teaching and noticing that many
                         teachers were experiencing a lack of job satisfaction and leaving their jobs, I began to
                         question the placement of educational emphasis in my results driven career. Hence my
                         passion for The Happy Teacher Campaign - after all who knows better what teachers
                         need than teachers themselves.
