The Solution
Even though it can seem very difficult to share your feelings with others, THTC card is private and easy to use - just by checking a box on the card and placing it in the administrator's mailbox. When the administrator schedules a meeting to discuss these concerns, it creates a dialog to help find solutions. The goal of the communication card is to make things better for the good of the school in order to focus on student achievement.
The team effort of following the guidelines of the plan and using the letter of appreciation for solving problems will help teachers get the support they need and leave administrators pleased with positive school results. The surveys taken by the teachers will be analyzed by representatives of The Happy Teacher Campaign and the results will be sent to school districts at the end of each school year as a reference for further needs.
